Terms of use

These terms cover the use of Channel Ready (mspchannelready.com). By creating an account, assigning an assessment, or taking one, you agree to them.

What the service is

Channel Ready provides sales readiness assessments and reporting. Scores, tiers, flags and training recommendations are generated automatically from a question bank and a scoring model. They are an input to a manager's judgment, not a substitute for it.

Your responsibilities as a company

• You have the right to ask the people on your roster to take the assessment and to receive their results.
• You use the results in line with your own employment policies and applicable law. Channel Ready does not make hiring, promotion or termination decisions and should not be the sole basis for one.
• You keep your managers' sign-in emails secure and tell us if an account is compromised.

Assessment links

Each person gets one attempt. Links are personal and should not be forwarded. A manager can issue a retake when something went wrong during an attempt.

Our commitments

We will keep the service available with reasonable care, keep your data private as described in the privacy page, and tell you if something goes wrong that affects your data.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made using its output, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Either side can end the relationship at any time; on request we delete your account data as described in the privacy page.
